Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and occasionally servicing a range of air conditioning systems, including split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF units, across residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Install and commission various types of air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRF/VRV)

*

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation

*

Liaise with clients and project managers on-site to deliver high-quality installations

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards

*

Maintain accurate job records and reports using provided software or forms

*

Conduct basic fault finding and diagnostics as required

*

Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and secure

Required Skills & Experience:

*

Proven experience installing air conditioning systems (minimum 2 years preferred)

*

F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential)

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills

*

Strong understanding of safe working practices and health & safety procedures

Desirable Qualifications:

*

CSCS or ECS card

*

IPAF or PASMA certification

*

Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba or similar branded systems
