Key responsibilities* Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage and infrastructure schemes* Coordinate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams* Produce detailed designs using Civil 3D and related 3D modelling tools* Ensure compliance with design standards, planning requirements and CDM 2015* Identify opportunities for sustainable design and value engineering* Support bids, proposals and wider business development activity* Mentor junior engineers and help maintain design quality

Candidate requirements* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent* Around 5 to 10 years of consultancy experience* Strong Civil 3D and 3D modelling capability* ICE membership, or clear progress toward it* Strong communication and organisational skills

The Senior Civil Engineer role offers hybrid flexibility, varied project exposure, career progression and a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits. This Senior Civil Engineer position will suit someone ready to lead, support others and make a visible impact.
