Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a global FM provider who are looking to hire a Facilities Manager to work on their PFI contract in Central London. This is a full-time permanent role with a starting salary of up to £55k with an ASAP start.
As a senior member of the hard services team you will provide statutory, mandatory and industry best practice operational advice, guidance and support to operational management. The provision of a customer oriented Hard FM service.
The successful Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
- the reactive and planned task management, although some involvement may be sought in supporting other related areas of the FM business such as Lifecycle and Variation works
- all directly employed labour involved in the delivery of the hard services delivery (and subcontractor management)
- ensuring the service delivery team is trained and competent for their roles and manage an upskilling programme for staff.
- managing and leading third party contractors where required. The primary focus will be reactive and planned task management, although some involvement may be sought in supporting other related areas of the FM business such as Lifecycle and Variation works. Collaborative working and supporting other Hard Service managers within the FM portfolio
The successful Facilities Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- M&E or Building Fabric Qualification with 10 years experience
- Health & Safety Qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Highly organised Experience of working in a Private Funded Initiative Project (PFI)
- Experience of managing hard services in public buildings such as education, health care & secure environments
