Production Supervisor Job Details & Benefits;

* £16.00 per hour

* Monday to Friday 6am-2pm with flexibility to move to 08:30pm - 17:00pm in the future

* Paid overtime after 37.5 hours

Production Supervisor Job Details;

* You will be required to manage a medium sized team (circa 14 people)

* Carrying out Labour Management and planning daily labour to best utilise the machines in all area's

* Troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines

* Production planning

* Managing absence, investigations etc

* Looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements

Production Supervisor Person Specification;

* Previous Supervisory experience is required

* Labour Management / planning experience

* Skilled in planning / sequencing production

* Lean manufacturing knowledge

* Machinery knowledge - Good understanding of general production machinery

* Strong Communication skills
