City-State, LLC is currently recruiting for a Emergency Preparedness Specialist - #314883 for our customer in Richland, WA for the Hanford Site.
Contracted Labor Position Title: Emergency Preparedness Specialist
FT/PT - Hours: FT 40
Work Location: Bldg. 324 - or as otherwise directed by the CLR Supervisor
Emergency Preparedness Coordinators accountable for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the CHPRC Emergency Preparedness Program and supporting documentation at their assigned facilities/areas, assuring that all applicable program requirements are addressed.
Maintain fully operational Facility Emergency Response Organizations including identifying and training backup personnel. Conduct drills and evaluate drill performance.
Facilitate implementation of corrective action plans to address program weaknesses and continue systematic assessment programs for continuous process improvement.
Develop and revise EP Documentation to reflect new requirements, operational and organizational changes as necessary.
Track and report program status to EP and Operations management via established standards, formats and timelines.
BA or BS degree in a relevant field of study (or a combination of education and relevant experience) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
Experience working at a DOE or DOD worksite, or experience working on a government contract including commercial nuclear power or other equivalent related emergency preparedness, facility operations, or training experience is required.
