About the Role We're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operative to join a growing team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or manufacturing environments — especially those familiar with clean room operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
Operate machinery and equipment in a controlled, sterile environment
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control
Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing settings
Experience working in clean room environments (highly desirable)
Understanding of cGMP and relevant regulatory standards (an advantage)
