A Cambridge based; Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a top-class Senior Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working in a close knit team, and having the independence to run your own jobs.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based a short distance from the University of Cambridge, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a 'down to earth' and ambitious team who predominantly deliver residential and healthcare projects across the UK.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on schemes up to £10m within the new build and refurbishment sector - carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Must have PQS / Consultancy experience in the UK

* MRICS would be a bonus, but not essential

* A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion

* Good pre and post contract knowledge

* Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a plus
