Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Manchester region
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + package

Our client is a reputable mechanical-only building services contractor with a strong presence across the North West. They specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems within commercial and healthcare environments.

Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, covering key commercial sites such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, and large-scale public buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, splits, and packaged units

*

Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair work in live environments (mainly healthcare)

*

Ensuring full compliance with F-Gas regulations and site safety standards

*

Completing service reports and maintenance documentation accurately

*

Working independently and as part of a team on planned and reactive maintenance tasks

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

*

Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification

*

Previous experience working on commercial premises is essential

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities

*

Full UK driving licence
