We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established business operating across plumbing and renewable heating projects operating across residential and new-build sites in the Northamptonshire area.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability, consistent work, and the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business within the plumbing and renewables space.

The Role

• Carrying out first and second fix plumbing works on site
• Working to drawings, specifications, and site programmes
• Installing pipework, sanitaryware, cylinders, and associated systems
• Liaising with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a plumber
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of site health & safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
• Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
