We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client's expanding team in Bourne. Ongoing work that may lead to a posssible permanent position. Working Monday -Friday 0630 starts. Flexible working time with lots of overtime available.

Hourly pay rates:

• £13.00 per hour upto 40 hours
• £16.25 per hour 41-45 hours
• £19.50 per hour 46-55 hours
• £26.00 per hour after 55 hours

Shifts:

Monday to Friday, 06:30 - Finish

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal cases and fit insulation
• Use hand tools including drills, riveters, snips, jigsaws.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or engineering experience
• Ability to use a range of power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
