Regional Manager - Social Care

Location: Surrey & South London

Salary: Up to £50,000

We are recruiting for this role through COVID-19 and our client is currently interviewing for this position

The Role:

This is a pivotal role within a fantastic social care provider. The Regional Manager will operate across a cluster of homes within South London & Surrey and provide a range of support dependent on the service's needs.

The role will see you supporting managers & teams and take overall operational responsibility for the region including the management of several services which could include residential, supported living, day services and outreach

You will be tasked with developing the existing business within the region to ensure corporate goals and values are delivered and understood, and to support the overall growth of the Company.

The Successful Candidate:

• Multi-site management experience within a social care setting
• NVQ in Care/Leadership and Management
• Excellent business acumen & financial understanding
• Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
• Excellent man management skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass targets
• Satisfactory DBS check
• Full clean rivers license
