Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, located close to the seafront and set within a characterful Victorian townhouse. Supporting up to 43 residents, the home provides high quality nursing, respite and palliative care within a calm, welcoming and team focused environment where staff can build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day.

Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Assistant, this role plays an important part in maintaining a safe, clean and well organised environment within a specialist complex care setting. High standards of cleanliness are essential to supporting both residents' wellbeing and clinical care delivery.
Working on a flexible bank basis, you will carry out cleaning duties across all areas of the home, including resident bedrooms, communal spaces and sanitary areas. You will also support laundry tasks, ensuring residents' belongings are handled with care and returned correctly.
The role involves following infection control and health and safety procedures at all times, working closely with the wider team to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment. A reliable and adaptable approach is essential, ensuring consistent standards are maintained across different shifts.
