Overview

An established engineering manufacturer is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician to assemble, test, and inspect precision electro-mechanical products. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in electronics or mechanical assembly.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble and test products to engineering drawings and specifications

* Carry out fault finding and basic repairs

* Use calibrated test equipment and follow test procedures

* Inspect and prepare products for dispatch

* Record faults and maintain accurate production data

* Follow health & safety and maintain a clean working environment

* Support continuous improvement activities

Skills & Experience

* Electro-mechanical assembly or electronic wiring experience

* Soldering experience

* Ability to read engineering drawings

* Fault-finding and testing experience

* High attention to detail

* Basic IT skills (Excel, Word)

Additional Info

* Factory-based role, Monday to Friday

* Some manual handling required

* Full training provided
