Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer/Multi Trader for a On-Going Contract role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

* Plastering & patch repairs

* Bond and set, plasterboard, minor finishing and rendering

* Painting and decorating

* Wall tiling

* Basic carpentry and maintenance repairs in properties

* Liaise with tenants/residents

Essential:

Full UK Driving Licence (Company van is provided for this role)

Previous Social Housing Experience

Working Hours:

* Monday - Friday

* 36 Hours Per Week
