We’re currently looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Regional Support Manager to join our award-winning team. If you’re ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our homes, we’d love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Regional Support Manager, you’ll work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. You’ll be a key player in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of care
- Support Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQC
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions in collaboration with the Regional Director
- Interpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisions
ABOUT YOU

You’ll need to have:
A current NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification
At least 3 years’ experience in a care home management role
5 years’ experience working with elderly care clients
Proven ability to lead teams and support staff development
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes
