Working as part of a new team delivering projects across the Yorkshire region, your role will include:

* Feasibility estimates and cost planning

* Risk and value management

* Cost benchmarking and lifecycle costing

* Tender documentation and assessment

* Procurement and contract advice

* Contract administration and interim certificates

* Cost reporting and cash flow forecasting

* Final account negotiation and agreement

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

* A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

* A technical background suited to working across sectors such as education, healthcare, residential, and commercial

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

* A proactive attitude toward professional development and chartership
