With a reputation for precision, quality craftsmanship and technical capability, we are now seeking an Experienced Press Setter / Tool Setter & Operator to join our skilled team.

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and operating Mechanical, Hydraulic, Double Action and Fly Presses
• Working with a wide range of press‑shop related machinery
• Ensuring accurate production in line with engineering drawings and specifications
• Conducting tool setting and ensuring correct tooling alignment and preparation
• Maintaining high-quality standards and efficient workflow
• Working independently and taking initiative within a busy press environment
• (Advantage) Using lathe machinery as part of supporting processes

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual with:

✔ Proven experience in Press Setting / Tool Setting
✔ Strong understanding of press machinery and tooling processes
✔ Ability to read and work accurately from technical drawings
✔ Relevant industry certifications or training
✔ Professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to work efficiently under own initiative
✔ Additional experience on lathes is a strong advantage
