Job Description

Join a welcoming and ambitious Coventry primary school as a Primary Teaching Assistant. In this role, you'll work closely with classroom teachers to offer targeted support to Key Stage 1 pupils. Whether it's guiding students through phonics, reinforcing numeracy concepts, or helping children feel confident in their learning, your presence will be both supportive and impactful.

You'll assist with classroom routines, prep resources, and encourage motivation in lessons. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping children explore, grow, and succeed—and who wants to see the real-time difference their support brings.
