Crewe, Remote (with one weekly visit to Crewe HQ)

Up to £75,000 DOE + Bonus

Are you a commercially minded solicitor looking to step into a dynamic in-house role where you can make a real impact? Acorn By Synergie are working with an award winning, fast growing business based in Crewe, seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor to join their close knit leadership team.

The Role:

You will be reporting directly to the CEO whilst playing a key part in shaping and supporting the legal needs of the business across all areas. This is a brilliant opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys variety, autonomy, and high levels of visibility at senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
Advising on business risk, compliance and regulatory matters
Supporting the leadership team with strategic legal guidance
Managing external counsel relationships when required
Contributing to internal legal processes, policies, and training

What the client is looking for:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE (in commercial law)
Previous in-house experience is a plus, but not essential, so if you are looking to take your first step in house this could be a great opportunity for you
A practical, solutions-driven approach to legal advice
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
