Are you an experienced logistics professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation as a Senior Logistics Coordinator, playing a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant logistics operations.

The Role

In this hands-on, fast-paced position, you will be responsible for leading daily logistics activity and ensuring exceptional delivery performance. Your duties will include:

Managing day-to-day logistics operations
Planning transport routes, schedules and allocating carriers
Overseeing warehouse processes including picking, packing and loading
Monitoring carrier performance, service levels and KPIs
Handling delivery issues and escalations with a professional approach
Completing logistics administration: dispatch paperwork, claims, audit trails
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
Leading, coaching and supporting the logistics team
Managing import/export processes where required

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

Experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain leadership role
Strong knowledge of delivery planning and carrier management
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and stock/ERP systems
