Cedar Lodge and The Limes Dementia Care Home is nestled on the peaceful outskirts of Taunton, Somerset, overlooking a beautiful park. Thoughtfully designed for Dementia care, it provides a supportive environment for up to 42 residents.

  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

The Role
As an Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the care home. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors and colleagues while ensuring administrative systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will support the internal management structure and help maintain organised systems across areas such as enquiries, payroll, recruitment, compliance and team member records. You will also oversee the enquiry database, assist with resident agreements and team member documentation, and support the coordination of training and E Learning.

You will help create a welcoming first impression for visitors and prospective residents while contributing to a positive, professional and well organised environment within the home.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience within an office or care environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using databases and administrative systems
  • Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team
