Integrity Plus Recruitment are working with a successful and growing fresh produce business in the Boston area who are looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to join their busy packing facility.

This role would suit someone with a background in fresh produce or food production, ideally with experience in fruit, who can manage customer accounts while working closely with production teams to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.

The Role

Manage allocated customer accounts and maintain regular communication

*

Oversee the intake of raw materials into the packing facility

*

Work with Production Supervisors and packing teams to maintain quality standards

*

Manage product allocation to customer orders ensuring minimal rejections

*

Resolve stock and supply issues where required

*

Monitor account profitability and support operational efficiencies

*

Ensure clear communication between production, planning and commercial teams

*

Identify and implement improvements within production processes

*

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and health & safety procedures

The Candidate

Experience within fresh produce, food manufacturing or packhouse environments

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

*

Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

*

Proactive and able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
