Jark Cambridge have partnered up with a well organised reputable Mechanical Firm who are searching for Plumbers on a subcontractor basis. This will be a long-term opportunity for the right individual.

We're actively looking for Plumbers to carry out installation on commercial projects across Essex & London. Our client have a rich history of delivering mechanical installation on prestigious Commercial projects including Schools, Offices, Healthcare & Arts & Leisure. Our client have a strong pipeline of secured projects with the main focus at the minute being on two projects in Brentwood & Romford.

Duties will include:
• Revamping plant rooms.
• Screwed pipework installation.
• All aspect of copper installation.
• Drainage works (HDPE, Iron & PVC)
• 1st fix, 2nd fix works.

Requirements:
• Blue or Gold CSCS card.
• Own tools including power tools.
• PPE.
• Commercial experience is essential.

Benefits:
• £230.00 per day
