Sales Negotiator

Salary: £20,000–£25,000 basic DOE

Car Allowance: £300 per month

OTE: £80,000 genuine

About Our Client:

We are recruiting on behalf of an independent residential estate agency that is looking to appoint a Sales Negotiator to support ongoing sales activity. This is an opportunity to join a busy team and focus on residential property sales.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating residential property sales and contributing to new business through valuation bookings that lead to exchange, in line with the agreed commission structure. This role is ideal for a Sales Negotiator who is target-driven and motivated by results.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate agency sales
• Full UK driving licence

Details:

• Monday–Friday
• Saturdays on a rota (every other weekend)
