I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a growing Manchester-based organisation, who are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong payroll expertise to take responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing and lead a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Lead, mentor, and support a small payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Continuously review payroll processes to improve efficiency.
• Resolve payroll queries from employees and management.
• Produce payroll reports and contribute to management reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC reporting.
• Experience managing a small team with excellent leadership skills.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:
