Weekend HGV Class 1 Drivers Needed
Are you a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver looking for extra shifts at the weekend? We offer competitive pay rates and flexible shifts between Thursday to Monday to suit you
Hours & Shift Patterns:
Weekend Work: - Shifts available between Thursday - Monday which can be tailored to fit your availability
- All Start Times available from 0200 - 2300
- Work between 1 and 4 shifts depending on your availability
Pay:
- Monday - Friday £15.25 - £19.10p/h
- Saturday: £17 - £21.35p/h Sunday: £17.50 - £22p/h
- Rates are PAYE or Umbrella
Job Role
- Driving a HGV Class 1 Vehicle with Curtainsided or Refrigerated Trailers
- Making temperature controlled deliveries and collections in a HGV Class 1 vehicle
- Some unloading may be required at the delivery point using a PPT.
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Skills & Experience:
- Valid HGV Class 1 driving licence, CPC, and Digi card
- At least 1 year of HGV Class 1 driving experience
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
- Experience with curtainsided trailers and the ability to check and secure loads
