We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Live-in Care Assistants to support clients in Southampton and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will live in the client's home and provide personalised support with daily living tasks. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

*

Supporting with medication reminders

*

Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition

*

Companionship and emotional support

*

Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

*

Supporting mobility and independence

*

Assisting with shopping and appointments

Requirements

Previous care experience preferred (live-in or domiciliary care)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Desirable

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

*

Experience supporting individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, or complex needs
