Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting an Electrician for a permanent role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its electrical team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. Working in the London Area.

Primary Job Functions

* The primary job role is to carry out communal lighting upgrade/ replacement works.

* Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual emergency lighting tests where required.

* Replace failed equipment, Lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc. (first time rectification if under self- certified limit)

* To Deliver excellent customer service

* To undertake any training provided by the company

* To support any business change for the benefit of the company.

Required Skills

* · Good knowledge of the electrical industry

* · Being able to work within a team

* · Good practical skills

* · Good communication with customers

* · Administrative skills

* · Positive attitude and time keeping

Qualifications

* City and Guilds level 3 electrotechnical qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.

* A working knowledge of BS #removed#

* Asbestos Awareness
