We're currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants for long term roles within a specialist SEN school in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment where you can build strong, consistent relationships with learners and become a valued part of the school community. About the role

• Provide ongoing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs
• Support with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning
• Assist with communication, daily routines and structured classroom activities
• Be comfortable providing personal care where required
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver consistent, tailored support
• Become a stable, trusted presence for learners who benefit from routine and continuity

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience supporting young people with SEN (SEMH, ASD, ADHD, learning needs etc.)
• A calm, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone reliable, committed and confident working in a long-term capacity
• A genuine passion for helping young people progress academically, socially and emotionally
