Our client based in South Molton are seeking a Production Operator to join their team on a Permanent basis.

Production Operator Salary:

Dependent on experience

Production Operator Key Responsibilities:

To complete production processes within the required times to the correct quality, working in a team in a co-operative and collaborative manner.

* Carry out / operate required production process

* Ensure correct settings and measurements are maintained

* Achieve required throughput and takt rates

* Ensure consistent quality standards are maintained

* Seek and constantly improve personal performance and workplace / team achievements

* Identify and solve problems

Production Operator Requirements:

* Industrial and factory working

* Knowledge of measurement techniques is advantageous

* Experience of working in a role requiring dexterity also advantageous

Production Operator Hours:

Rotating shift pattern (Monday to Friday) 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
