We're looking for a commercially minded HR Advisor to join our people-focused business and partner directly with one of our key Directors, supporting a population of over 200 employees across the UK.

This is a career development role - ideal for someone on the rise who is ready to step up to HR Business Partner level within 12-18 months. You'll be fully supported to get there.

What You'll Be Doing

* Act as the go-to HR Advisor for a high-profile business unit, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle

* Partner closely with the Director and their leadership team on people strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and ER matters

* Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice that supports business goals and enhances our people experience

* Lead and support on HR initiatives and projects - including change, culture, and performance

* Identify opportunities to add value and influence a progressive HR agenda in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

* Solid HR generalist experience in the private sector, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

* Confident advising managers at all levels, with a commercial mindset and a people-first approach

* Strong ER knowledge and the ability to balance compliance with business pragmatism

* Excellent relationship builder, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

* Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and keen to develop into a full HR Business Partner role
