We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly and supportive finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate invoice matching.
• Managing payment runs and maintaining supplier accounts.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving account queries.
• Coding expenses and supporting multi-entity accounting processes.
• Maintaining an organised inbox and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role.
• Good understanding of VAT regulations and financial compliance.
• Experience using financial systems with strong Excel skills.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and work collaboratively.
