Lettings Negotiator

If you are currently working within the Estate Agency / Property / Facilities sector, and are seeking a more career minded role with unlimited progression this could you perfect for you! Based in one of Sheffield friendliest suburbs, this is a residential lettings role where the properties are in HUGE demand due to the catchment etc, so you can expect to be very busy!

On offer here, is an excellent basic salary (£26K - £30k) with an achievable work related add ons of £2k/ £3k per annum, however it's uncapped - on top of the other benefits, you'll receive industry leading training in a designated Training Centre, the opportunity to work towards qualifications, and the ongoing support of your colleagues too! Basically, you'll be handed all the tools you need to ensure you are a success in the industry.

In the role, you'll initially focus on the admin side, and as you grow into it, will become more and more involved in the customer contact and actual viewings

On a day to day basis you will be -

Checking and answering emails and calls from prospective tenants

Arranging viewings, liaising with all parties concerned

Dealing with any potential problems, including arranging repairs

*

Referencing / credit checking potential tenants

*

As you progress, you will be expected to go out on viewings and inspections, and handle all the negotiations involved.

Also, driving license is essential, and live in relative proximity to the S10 / S6 area of Sheffield.
