Position for Upscale Casual Restaurant Executive Chef
If you are an accomplished Restaurant Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef with experience managing and training an enthusiastic full-service upscale casual / fine dining Back-Of-House staff, a hands-on hospitality leader personality and owner mentality, and have the skills and drive to motivate and develop a strong culinary-driven staff, this is the opportunity for YOU!

Job Details for Restaurant Executive Chef include:
• Oversee daily operations of this high-volume, culinary-first restaurant
• Set the standard for the restaurant through leadership by example
• Supervise, train and coach Back-Of-House team members
• Communicate with guests on a daily basis to ensure satisfaction of service and food
Qualifications & Experience for Restaurant Executive Chef:
• 5+ years of Restaurant Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in high-volume, full-service upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Must be passionate for high quality food and guest service, fresh foods from scratch on-site
• Proven track record leading a restaurant team in a high volume, culinary-forward restaurant
• Approachable leadership style, quick thinking, passion for developing self and others
• No more than 2 jobs in 5 years, 3 jobs in 9 years
• Open availability to work nights, weekends, etc.
