About The Role:

As the Design and Technology Technician, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting learning by providing timely and effective technician support to teaching staff.
They will assist with setting up practical lessons and provide support with demonstrations where required.
Additionally, they will provide general technical support to the DT department by preparing and maintaining the relevant equipment and resources required by staff and pupils within a set timeframe.
The technician must ensure that health and safety is maintained at all times in the DT Prep rooms, DT and Art classrooms.
