Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students at risk of exclusion or disengagement
Work closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour
Support students in and outside of class, including supervised break and lunchtime duties
Record behavioural incidents and contribute to intervention planning
Build strong relationships to help students feel supported and valued

Requirements:

Degree or background in Psychology, Criminology or Youth Work (preferred)
Resilient, empathetic and calm under pressure
Confident working with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs
Committed to safeguarding and student welfare
