The Role

* Installation & maintenance of commercial heating systems

* Working across ambulance stations, care homes, schools, colleges and commercial housing associations

* Maintenance and installation within plant rooms, communal areas and flats

* Working on boilers, pipework, valves and associated heating equipment

* Wet works - installing radiators, TMV's and Water heaters

* Delivering high‑quality work across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire

What's On Offer

* Salary up to £37,500

* Door‑to‑door travel paid

* 40 hours per week

* Van, fuel card & tablet included

* Overtime paid at time + a third (after 40 hours)

* Call‑out rota 1 in 5

* Training & development to progress into a Commercial Gas Engineer role

What We're Looking For

* Experience as a commercial plumber

* Strong understanding of heating systems, plant rooms and commercial environments

* Ability to work independently and professionally across multiple sites

* Full UK driving licence

* Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
