Opportunity to join a medium-sized architectural studio in Central London as a Senior Architect, taking on a key leadership role within the studio on a range of data centre projects across all RIBA stages.

Your role will see you guide design strategy, engage directly with clients, and oversee multidisciplinary coordination with consultants and contractors. You will manage the day-to-day progression of projects, produce and oversee technical documentation, and ensure that outcomes align with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex data centre projects

* Provide oversight, mentoring, and quality assurance across architectural teams

* Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, and other specialist consultants

* Prepare high-quality planning, tender, and construction documentation using Revit (BIM Level 2 or higher)

* Present proposals to clients, manage feedback, and foster strong working relationships

* Ensure full compliance with relevant planning policies, building codes, sustainability goals, and fire safety regulations

* Collaborate with project managers to maintain programme schedules, scope, and budgets

* Contribute to internal design knowledge, best practices, and innovations in data centre delivery

About You

* Registered Architect (ARB or equivalent) with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience*

* Minimum of 2-3 years working specifically on data centre projects

* Proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM-based workflows

* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations; experience with European/international codes is an advantage

* Confident leading teams and coordinating complex technical packages

* Skilled communicator with experience in client-facing roles

* Thorough understanding of RIBA Stages 3-5 and site coordination requirements

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days minimum in the office.
