Home Manager – BradfordSalary: Up to £50,000We are looking for a passionate and experienced Home Manager to lead a small supported living service in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a service that supports individuals with diverse and complex needs, ensuring they receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The RoleAs Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. You’ll promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for service users while also building strong relationships with families, staff, and external professionals.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the supported living service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop staff, managing performance effectively.
- Deliver person-centred care tailored to the needs of each individual.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act and CQC regulations.
- Oversee budgets, occupancy, and resources to maintain financial stability.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local professionals.
About You: - Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a care home or supported living environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound understanding of care planning and best practice in social care.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safeguarding.
- Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD) is desirable but not essential.
