We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Co-Ordinator to join a fantastic team based from the Norwich office, our client has a fantastic reputation within the industry and has onsite parking for all staff.

Duties & Responsibilities for a Bid Co-Ordinator:-

Supporting all stages of the tendering process including the preparation, administration and planning of bid projects.
Co-ordinating and producing the bid or proposal response document.
Introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes.
Contributing to writing, editing and production of submission documents.
Coordinating bid kick-off meetings with the Bid Manager including supporting the bid lead in new bids from concept through to fruition ensuring offers are clearly articulated and final submissions are reviewed
Carrying out detailed research on prospective customers, projects and consultants to help inform project assessment and bid strategy
Supporting in the production of the bid strategy and briefing the tender team
Undertaking market analysis in order to identify potential areas for business growth.
Managing the bid portals and completing supplier questionnaires.
Ensuring contracts and internal sign-offs are carried out in a timely manner.
Analysing bid KPI's and bid tracker to create management reports.
Contributing to the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations, ensuring that written work is clear, concise and compelling.
Desirable Skills & Experience for a Bid Co-Ordinator:-

Forensic levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
Previous experience of supporting the preparing of large, structured bids.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent administrative skillset
Proven track record of success in competitive tender and bid writing.
Ability to process and analyse a broad range of data quickly and effectively.
Strong organisational and project management skills Ability to manage internal stakeholders.
Knowledge & Qualifications for a Bid Co-Ordinator:-

Basic knowledge of bid management and forming winning strategies
Basic knowledge of construction-related procurement routes
Basic knowledge of construction industry including commercial and design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organisational and time keeping skills
Good team management and interpersonal skills
Creative and business writing skills
Extensive use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
