WSR are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for our esteemed client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

Location: Covering Northwest Region

Salary: Up to £40k per annum

Regional Sales Manager Role Overview

Lead and support the regional sales team in securing "Preventative Maintenance" contracts, while achieving personal sales targets for larger service contracts. Conduct site surveys, create quotations within company guidelines, and uphold excellent service standards. Drive product/service awareness.

Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Source and secure opportunities from various channels, including field engineer and client requests.

- Innovate to identify additional sales avenues.

- Maintain real-time updates on opportunities.

- Visit sites to gather information and discuss clients’ needs.

- Develop solutions, adhere to estimating procedures, and create quotations.

- Submit and follow up on quotations, converting them into secured orders.

- Generate leads for new business and ensure commercial success.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Regional Sales Manager Key Requirements:

- Meet targets for submitted quotations and won orders.

- Manage inquiry-to-quotation time frames (typically 48 hours).

- Promote company offerings and identify cross-business opportunities.

Regional Sales Manager Key Performance Indicators:

- Value of issued quotations against targets.

- Value of secured orders against targets.

- Conversion rate of quotations to orders against targets.

- Percentage of orders secured at or above Target Selling Price.

- Average time from inquiry to quotation issuance against targets.

Regional Sales Manager Competencies/Knowledge:

- Self-motivation and drive.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Business acumen.

- Effective time management and organisation.

- Proactive problem-solving.

- Collaborative team player.

- Negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & CRM.
