What You Will Be Doing

You will be reporting to the Director of Support, to join the growing Support organization. You will be the key interface between our customers, field engineers and development and handle customer cases on a primarily Windows platform. You will be located in the Sterling Heights, MI headquarters, and occasional travel might be required.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide phone/email/chat-based customer support to our growing customer base
- Document case activities and interactions with clear and concise information
- Strive to resolve customer issues based on SLAs
- Document case activities and interactions with clear and concise information
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through means of professional, proactive and personal service
- Work closely with our team to determine root cause and possible solutions
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating solution articles, how-to guides and videos

What You Need for this Position

At Least 4 Years of experience and knowledge of:

- Windows Servers and Desktops

- VMware Server and Desktop

- Citrix Server and Desktop
- Recent/Current experience with Endpoint Troubleshooting
- Cisco and/or Meraki

- SQL, Exchange and SharePoint

- Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, VM Ware, Citrix and others
- Digium Switchvox or Asterisk
- Kaseya, Labtech or other network management solutions
- ConnectWise, Autotask or other service management solutions
- Malware prevention and removal
