The One Group are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a huge name within the manufacturing sector on a full time temporary basis. The office is based in Darlington and the assignment is likely to last 6 Months.Being fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written is essential to be successful in this role, as well as having some experience within AP or Accounts.Responsibilities:

• Process credit notes and VAT only invoices
• Complete manual matching for direct/indirect purchases and add into financial systems
• Clear aged invoice queries (relating to supplier invoices/payments) on the database
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations
• Deal with telephone, email and fax correspondence and complex enquiries relating to supplier payments
