Core Recruitment are working in partnership with a reputable conveyancing company who are expanding their team due to growth and recuiting an experienced Head of Conveyancing.

What you'll do

To be responsible for the professional lead, legal training, and supervision of the Property Group (sale & purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity & equity release) and delivery of a professional service by the teams to external and internal clients. To achieve required operational, financial and client service performance standards. To fully contribute to overall successful departmental and firm performance, effective business development and case intake.

Key areas of responsibility include performance management, risk and compliance and client management.

Experience you need

University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree

Had previous experience of being a head of department or managed a team and ready to step up

Must have extensive technical knowledge of all conveyancing transactions as they will be the technical lead

Personable skills as you will handle day to day issues with all conveyancing staff (holidays, sickness, appraisals, training needs, development)
