M4 Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Support Associate to join one of our clients based in Swindon.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Prepare orders for operations team
* Communicate with customers
* Liaise with couriers on delivery issues
* Answer phone and door
* Take and release orders for walk in customers
* Release endof-day parcels to couriers
* Conduct other admintype activities as instructed by directors
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
