You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the packhouse, making sure that all products are packed to customer specifications, systems and paperwork are completed accurately, and health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level. You'll also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to reducing waste and improving yields.

Paying £32,121.79, with long-term prospects and development opportunities available.

What do you need?

Experience working in a packhouse or similar production environment

Strong understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to carry out machine changeovers, basic maintenance, and inspections

Basic computer literacy (experience with SAP or similar is a bonus)

A proactive, detail-focused attitude and willingness to learn

Full right to work in the UK

What will you be doing?

Packing products to meet customer and quality specifications

Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards

Completing paperwork and records accurately and on time

Using SAP and KPI systems to input and track data

Supporting machinery changeovers and carrying out inspections

Helping drive continuous improvement and minimising waste

Ensuring traceability of stock and understanding performance indicators
