Salary: £13.45 per hour
08:00 - 15:30 every Monday, with more hours available in other locations

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Front of House Assistant to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving drinks, operating the till, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth running of the café through general tasks such as clearing tables and washing up. The ideal candidate is positive, efficient, and enjoys working in a busy, customer focused environment.
There is also an opportunity for overtime in our wider business in Cambridge.

Job Description As a Barista you will…
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Operate coffee machines and other drink-making equipment
- Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Ensure customers have a positive experience in the café
- Wash cups, plates, and kitchen equipment as required
- Restock supplies such as cups, milk, napkins, and ingredients
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety guidelines
Qualifications - Ideally have experience working within contract catering and/or hospitality.
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
- Possess great customer service skills.
- Have a flexible approach to work
