We’re hiring a Multi Trade Worker for a permanent position in Dorking, offering a competitive salary of £37,600 per year.About the Role:As a Multi Trade Worker, you’ll be carrying out a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.Your day-to-day will include:

• Carpentry, basic plumbing and general repairs. 
• Painting and decorating
• General property maintenance and remedial works
• Fault finding and reactive maintenance
• Working to health and safety standards and schedules

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Multi Trade or General Maintenance role
• Competent in a range of trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting)
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
