The Ask HR Manager structures and implements an Ask HR service team
provides responsive support to employees who have human resources-related
questions and to manage the processing of centralized HR transactions. This
role oversees a team of associates and the day-to-day operations of the As
HR center and ensures associates provide timely responses in compliance wi
HR service standards.

* Assess both employee service and HR transactional needs to define and
implement a service delivery structure and service levels agreements for
Ask HR.
* Leads a team focused on providing an outstanding employee experience when
employees are seeking information related to HR policies and procedures;
designs, implements and oversees the workflow of the unit to ensure
optimal efficiency and maintain high standards of service
* Ensures proper recruitment, training, staffing and technology to handle
volume of inquiries and maintenance of portal information
* Works with the HRIS group to implement portal technology to house HR
information for employees
* Manages the content development and maintenance of HR portal information
* Manages and improves Ask HR performance and validates service portfolio
through performance measurement and monitoring, problem resolution,
audits, trend analysis and quality assurance measures
* Manages the processing of centralized HR transactions
* Assists in the resolution of highly complex and escalated issues and
* Collaborates with the leaders of HR Centers of Excellence to ensure
complex and higher-level queries can be answered quickly and accurately
* Additional duties as assigned

* Bachelor s Degree
* Prior experience in a supervisory role, with demonstrated effectiveness
in leading a team.
* 3 or more years of managing an HR service center
* Experience evaluating and implementing tools and metrics to enhance
customer service effectiveness a plus
