Maths and English Tutor

Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour

Job Duties:

Provide individualised instruction to students in Maths and English subjects
Develop lesson plans and educational materials tailored to each student's needs
Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Help students improve their understanding of key concepts and skills
Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide feedback on student performance

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in Maths, English, Education, or related field
Demonstrated experience in teaching Maths and English subjects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Degree in Maths, English, Education, or related field

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in teaching Maths and English subjects

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of Maths and English curriculum and teaching methods
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field
Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Working Conditions:

Part-time hours, temporary position
Work in a classroom or tutoring centre setting
Interact with students and parents on a regular basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
